How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Premium Shipping: Delivery usually takes 12–20 business days after dispatch.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Size exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement or before the order has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.
If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order or the order has already been processed for shipment, the order can no longer be canceled.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@varkonkicks.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, packaging, shipping label, and a complete unboxing video.
Do I need an unboxing video for claims?
Yes. A complete unboxing video is required for all claims involving damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, return, or refund.
